the brackets are fixed with a long stainless steel bolt through the post which fixes both brackets in two seperate movements :
Phase 1: Fixing of the front bracket ( panel ) with a first nut at the back of the post
Phase 2: Fixing of the back bracket ( panel ) with a second nut at the back of the post
