Items ordered through this webshop are delivered in EU countries - other countries possible by demand.

Delivery is made by the carrier - depending on the destination and / or volume, this can be a different carrier. The customer receives a track-and-trace number on which the transport can be followed.

Unless otherwise agreed or explicitly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported by the Customer to EFFENSO without delay.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by EFFENSO.

Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online from EFFENSO in their capacity as consumers.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the good.

The customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be paid by the customer.

The customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied and instructions for use. The customer must store the goods indoors at all times to avoid damage due to the greenhouse effect of the goods in plastic packaging. If the returned product is in any way diminished in value, EFFENSO reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the customer's use of the goods. goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


All returned items are carefully examined. The consumer should only inspect the article as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may not have been used. If an item has undergone a depreciation due to the use of the customer, this will be charged to the customer.

If the client cancels the agreement, EFFENSO will refund all payments received from the client up to that time, including the standard delivery costs, to the client within a maximum of 14 calendar days after EFFENSO has been informed of the client's decision to cancel the agreement. revoked. Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by EFFENSO will not be refunded.

EFFENSO reimburses the customer with the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless the customer has explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.

The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:
